Please note:

Our lifetime guarantee does not cover:

• Lost or stolen items

• Damage caused by everyday wear and tear
  (e.g., scratches, bent rings, forced breakage)

• Any repairs, modifications, or alterations made by a third party

• Accessories or phone chains (these are covered under our 1-year warranty)

Manufacturing defects such as snapped chains or missing stones are covered by our one-year manufacturing warranty.

One-Year Manufacturing Warranty

All Femora jewellery purchased directly from us includes a one-year warranty covering manufacturing defects under normal use.

If a defect is confirmed within the warranty period, we will provide:

• A like-for-like replacement, or

• An alternative piece of equal value if the original is unavailable

Replacement items receive a new one-year warranty from the date they are issued.

What Our Warranty Does Not Cover

• General wear and tear

• Damage from improper handling or lack of care

• Repairs or alterations completed by a third party

• Lost or stolen jewellery
