Where is my order?

As soon as your order is ready to ship, we will send you an email containing tracking information, however you can check the status of your order at any time by logging into your D.LOUISE account and selecting 'My Orders'. 

If you don't already have an account, you can create one using the email address you used to purchase.

Changes and Cancellations

D.LOUISE reserves the right to cancel any contract in the event of evident errors or inaccuracies concerning the products listed on our website. If we identify an error or inaccuracy in the advertised price of the goods you have ordered, we will promptly notify you via email to inform you of the cancellation of those items from your order.

Can I make changes to my order?
We are sadly not able to make changes to your order once it has been placed. Please ensure that all information provided is correct at checkout.

I've entered my shipping address wrong, can I change it?
We are sadly unable to make any changes once your order has been placed due to how quickly our orders are processed in the warehouse. Please be sure to check that your address is typed in correctly before completing checkout.

Can I redirect my order?
D.LOUISE are unable to redirect your parcel. If you do notice that the address is incorrect after completing your purchase, we recommend reaching out to the courier when you receive your tracking information to request that they divert the parcel. Please note that we are not liable for any packages with an incorrect shipping address and we cannot guarantee that the courier will be able to do this.

I've received my order with an incorrect/missing item, what do I do?

We're so sorry to hear there is an issue with your order! Please pop a message to info@femora.co.uk with your order number, and our customer service team will be happy to get that all sorted for you.
